What a shared link can show
Only after the access code is entered:
- Session date, type & format
- Session summary
- Topic titles & discussion
Supervision privacy & safety
Your supervision records stay private — sharing a group session can never expose your reflections, costs or safeguarding notes, because the private layer is never part of what you share.
What is never shared
Not in the link, the record, or the PDF:
- Your reflections & impact notes
- Session cost
- Safeguarding notes
- Anyone else’s private record
The controls that keep you safe
Section titled “The controls that keep you safe”- Two things are needed to open a shared record — the link and the access code. One without the other opens nothing.
- You stay in control — set an expiry when you share, and revoke the link whenever you like.
- Repeated wrong codes are blocked, so a link that leaks can’t be guessed open.
